- In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, and salt together.
- Add warm water and honey to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Make a hole in the center of each bagel with your thumb and reshape if needed.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Brush each bagel with a little olive oil and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if desired.
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
