Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- In a bowl, dip the shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the coated shrimp lightly with olive oil and arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
- Once the shrimp are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
