Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 100 g breadcrumbs for coating
  • 1 cuillère à soupe olive oil
  • 50 g mayonnaise for sauce
  • 1 cuillère à soupe sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cuillère à soupe sriracha for spiciness
  • 1 green onion chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a bowl, dip the shrimp in the beaten egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs.
  3. Spray the coated shrimp lightly with olive oil and arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to make the bang bang sauce.
  6. Once the shrimp are cooked, toss them in the bang bang sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
