Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 100 g breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into olive oil, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded cauliflower in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture!
