Air Fryer Breadsticks

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll the dough into sticks about 1cm thick.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian herbs over the dough sticks.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  7. Place the breadsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from air fryer, let cool slightly, and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: Serve with marinara sauce for a delightful dipping experience!
