Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper together.
- Place a wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of the egg mixture, and fold the wrapper over to form an egg roll. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Brush the egg rolls lightly with olive oil.
- Place the egg rolls in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
