Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs beaten
  • 100 g ham diced
  • 100 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Place a wrapper on a clean surface, add a spoonful of the egg mixture, and fold the wrapper over to form an egg roll. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Brush the egg rolls lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway.
