- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.
Notes
Tip: For a bit more flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese in the last few minutes of cooking!
