These Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are one of my family's favorite healthy sides! They're crispy, flavorful, and oh-so-easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are crispy and golden brown.

Notes

Tip: For a bit more flavor, you can add grated Parmesan cheese in the last few minutes of cooking!
