This Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Burger is one of my family's favorites! It's quick, delicious, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground chicken can also use chicken breast, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce for spice and flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves for serving
  • 4 slices cheese optional, use your favorite type

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, olive oil, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Assemble the burgers on buns with lettuce and any additional toppings you love!

Notes

Tip: Serve with extra Buffalo sauce on the side for dipping!
