Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Add the chicken to the Air Fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once cooked, toss the chicken in Buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the sandwiches by placing the buffalo chicken on the buns, adding cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Tip: Add a sprinkle of blue cheese crumbles on top for a classic Buffalo flavor!
