Air Fryer Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium green cabbage cut into 2 cm thick steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
  2. Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cabbage steaks in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until the edges are crispy and the center is tender, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from the Air Fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Tip: Squeeze some lemon juice over the steaks before serving for an extra burst of flavor!
