Method
- Soak the catfish fillets in buttermilk for about 10 minutes.
- While the fillets are soaking, mix cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Remove the fillets from the buttermilk and coat them in the cornmeal mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket, spray lightly with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the fillets, spray again, and continue to cook for another 10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
