Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Add half of the cheddar and parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix well.
- Place the cauliflower mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
Tip: For an extra zing, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving!
