Air Fryer Cauliflower Bake

This Air Fryer Cauliflower Bake is one of my favorite go-to recipes for a quick and healthy dinner that the whole family will love. It's crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cauliflower cut into florets
  • 100 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 50 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Add half of the cheddar and parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Place the cauliflower mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Tip: For an extra zing, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving!
