- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mash the cauliflower and add the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small tots and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
