Ingredients
  

  • 500 g cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 60 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 50 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 60 g breadcrumbs preferably whole wheat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mash the cauliflower and add the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small tots and place them in the air fryer basket.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
