Ingredients
  

  • 250 g beef steak thinly sliced
  • 100 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until soft.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix in the cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and well combined.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  6. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray, then place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  7. Cook at 200 °C for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the Air Fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
