- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 °C.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, sautéing until soft.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the cream cheese and mozzarella until melted and well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the filling onto each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray, then place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook at 200 °C for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
