Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 leaves fresh basil torn
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, coat the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the mozzarella cheese and cherry tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  5. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with torn basil leaves, and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Tip: For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in Italian herbs before cooking!
