Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 100 g bread crumbs for coating

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dip the chicken strips in the beaten egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.

Tip: Add a pinch of smoked paprika for extra flavor!
