Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once cooked, place the chicken mixture into hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
Tip: You can add a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick!
