Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 rolls hoagie rolls
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken, olive oil, bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Once cooked, place the chicken mixture into hoagie rolls and top with provolone cheese.
  5. Return to the air fryer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Tip: You can add a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick!
