Ingredients
  

  • 500 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 200 °C.
  3. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, remove the shrimp from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
