Ingredients
  

  • 600 g cod fillets fresh or thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat the cod fillets dry and rub them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot garnished with lemon.

Tip: For an extra kick, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix!
