- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the flour and baking soda, mixing until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C.
- Form the dough into a ball and place it on a small piece of parchment paper. Cook in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool slightly before enjoying your warm, gooey cookie.
Notes
Tip: If you want an extra touch, sprinkle a little sea salt on top right before serving.
