Ingredients
  

  • 400 g firm tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry. In a bowl, combine the tofu, cornstarch, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy your crispy tofu!

Notes

Tip: For an extra kick, try adding a pinch of chili powder!
