- Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry. In a bowl, combine the tofu, cornstarch, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy your crispy tofu!

Tip: For an extra kick, try adding a pinch of chili powder!
