Ingredients
  

  • 200 g stale bread cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned bread cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until the croutons are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool before serving or storing.
