Ingredients
  

  • 250 g cooked chicken shredded
  • 100 g ham finely chopped
  • 100 g Swiss cheese shredded
  • 50 g pickles chopped
  • 1 package of egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 egg beaten for sealing
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out the egg roll wrappers and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each.
  3. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, fold it over, and seal tightly.
  4. Brush the tops of the egg rolls with olive oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  6. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
