- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the egg roll wrappers and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg, fold it over, and seal tightly.
- Brush the tops of the egg rolls with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
