Method
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let cool.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- Take an empanada wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, fold it over, and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Place the empanadas in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Tip: Serve with a side of salsa for an extra kick!
