Method
- In a large bowl, mash the drained chickpeas with a fork or potato masher until chunky.
- Add cumin, coriander, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and olive oil. Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands.
- Preheat the Air fryer to 200°C.
- Place the falafel in the Air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.
- Serve the falafel bowls with mixed greens, tahini, and lemon wedges.
Notes
Tip: For extra flavor, add some chili powder or cumin to the salad greens.
