  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for extra heat

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes, shake the basket and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
