- Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C (375 °F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, shake the basket and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
