- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Dip the filled egg halves in panko breadcrumbs, coating them evenly.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and place in the Air Fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!

Tip: Try adding a sprinkle of paprika on top for an extra kick.
