Method
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 180°C.
- Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
- Place a slice of cheddar and a slice of mozzarella cheese on the unbuttered side of four slices of garlic bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Carefully place the sandwiches in the Air Fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.

Tip: Feel free to add some fresh herbs like basil or parsley between the cheese layers for an extra flavor boost!
