Air Fryer Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices garlic bread preferably pre-made for convenience
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter softened

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  3. Place a slice of cheddar and a slice of mozzarella cheese on the unbuttered side of four slices of garlic bread.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  5. Carefully place the sandwiches in the Air Fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Tip: Feel free to add some fresh herbs like basil or parsley between the cheese layers for an extra flavor boost!
