  • 500 g chicken wings cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 50 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Add the wings to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once cooked, transfer the wings to a bowl and toss with grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Tip: For extra crispiness, add a little bit of baking powder to the chicken wings before cooking.
