  • 500 g gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Once done, serve immediately and enjoy!
