Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potato wedges in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Once cooked, remove the fries and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: For an extra crispy texture, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning!
