- Preheat your Air Fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the potato wedges in the Air Fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the fries and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
