Air Fryer Grilled Cheese

There's nothing quite like a grilled cheese sandwich to bring back childhood memories! Quick, cheesy, and oh-so-crispy, this air fryer version is a family favorite that everyone will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bread your choice, such as sourdough or whole wheat
  • 200 g cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your family's favorite
  • 50 g butter softened for spreading

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place half of the bread slices in the air fryer, buttered side down.
  3. Add slices of cheese on top, then cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  4. Air fry at 180°C for about 5 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwiches and air fry for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let them cool for a minute, then slice and serve!

Notes

Tip: For an extra flavor boost, sprinkle some garlic powder on the butter before grilling!
