Method
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 200°C.
- Carefully slice the potatoes, making thin cuts about 3mm apart, stopping just before cutting all the way through.
- Brush the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring to get in between the slices.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
- Sprinkle fresh rosemary over the top before serving, if desired.
Notes
Tip: For an extra crispy finish, you can increase the temperature to 220°C during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
