Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes washed and dried
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 200°C.
  2. Carefully slice the potatoes, making thin cuts about 3mm apart, stopping just before cutting all the way through.
  3. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring to get in between the slices.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle fresh rosemary over the top before serving, if desired.

Notes

Tip: For an extra crispy finish, you can increase the temperature to 220°C during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
