Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On the other side, spread mustard if using.
- Layer ham and cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Tip: For extra crispiness, you can add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the butter.
