Ingredients
  

  • 100 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 100 g butter cut into pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 g sugar preferably caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour sifted
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
  3. Carefully combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
  4. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Grease ramekins with butter and dust with flour, then pour the batter evenly into them.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  7. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let them cool for a minute before carefully inverting onto plates.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey chocolate center!

Notes

Tip: For an extra special touch, serve with vanilla ice cream on the side!
