Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Carefully combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Grease ramekins with butter and dust with flour, then pour the batter evenly into them.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool for a minute before carefully inverting onto plates.
- Serve warm and enjoy the gooey chocolate center!

Tip: For an extra special touch, serve with vanilla ice cream on the side!
