  • 500 g chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken thighs, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Place the marinated chicken pieces in the Air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Once done, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your crispy and flavorful chicken!
