  • 500 g Mahi Mahi fillets skinless and boneless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush each Mahi Mahi fillet with the oil mixture.

  5. Flip the fillets, drizzle with lemon juice, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
