Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- Spread half of the salsa evenly over each pita bread.
- On one of the pitas, layer the shredded chicken, black beans, and top with cheese.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over if using, then cover with the second pita.
- Brush the top with olive oil.
- Place the assembled pizza into the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pita is golden brown.
- Remove from the Air Fryer and let cool for a minute. Add the remaining salsa and top with sour cream.
- Slice and serve warm!
Notes
Tip: For an extra kick, add jalapeños or your favorite hot sauce!
