- In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the coated beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- Spray the basket with vegetable oil. Place the marinated beef in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Garnish with sliced scallions and serve hot.
