Ingredients
  

  • 500 g beef sirloin sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger fresh, minced
  • 2 scallions scallions sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Add the coated beef to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  5. Spray the basket with vegetable oil. Place the marinated beef in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Garnish with sliced scallions and serve hot.
