- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In three separate bowls, set up a dredging station: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each onion ring first in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Coat the air fryer basket with spray oil and place the onion rings in a single layer. Lightly spray them with olive oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes, flip the rings, and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tip: For a little kick, add some cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture!
