- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the parsnips are well coated.
- Place the coated parsnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
