Ingredients
  

  • 500 g parsnips peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the parsnips are well coated.
  3. Place the coated parsnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
