Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies

Hi there! I absolutely love making these simple and delicious peanut butter cookies in the air fryer. They come out perfectly crispy, and my family can't get enough of them!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into balls. Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  4. Flatten each ball lightly with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for about 8 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Tip: For an extra treat, add chocolate chips to the dough!
