- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the cookie dough and roll it into balls. Place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Flatten each ball lightly with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Cook in the air fryer for about 8 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Tip: For an extra treat, add chocolate chips to the dough!
