Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 200 g cheese shredded
  • 100 g bell pepper sliced
  • 100 g mushrooms sliced
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and place some cooked chicken in the center, topping it with cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then fold the top and bottom to form a wrap.
  6. Place the crunchwrap in the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, topped with sliced avocado.
