- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place some cooked chicken in the center, topping it with cheese, bell pepper, mushrooms, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then fold the top and bottom to form a wrap.
- Place the crunchwrap in the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, topped with sliced avocado.
