- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets and cut them into strips.
- Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of puff pastry, pressing the edges to seal.
- Place the wrapped sausages in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Brush each with the beaten egg, and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
