  • 1 cup flour for coating
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs for coating
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
  2. Shape the pimento cheese into small balls and roll them in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the cheese bombs inside without overcrowding.
  5. Air fry for about 10 minutes, then check for doneness. Cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed until golden brown.
  6. Remove and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
