Air Fryer Pimento Grilled Cheese

There's nothing quite like a warm, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich to bring the family together. This Air Fryer Pimento Grilled Cheese recipe is easy to make and offers a little kick that everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bread your choice: white, whole grain, or sourdough
  • 200 g cheddar cheese shredded
  • 100 g pimento cheese store-bought or homemade
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, spread a layer of pimento cheese followed by a generous amount of cheddar cheese.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  5. Carefully place the sandwiches in the preheated Air Fryer. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the Air Fryer and let sit for a minute before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Tip: For an extra crunch, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the outside before air frying!
