Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center. Brush the edges with the beaten egg and fold the wrapper over to seal.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Brush the tops of the egg rolls with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping.
