Ingredients
  

  • 500 g pork tenderloin trimmed and sliced into thin pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 pieces sandwich buns your choice of bread
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 4 slices cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pork tenderloin slices and coat them well.
  3. Place the coated pork slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the pork is cooked through and crispy, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the sandwiches by laying lettuce and tomato on the buns.
  6. Once cooked, assemble the sandwiches by placing the pork slices inside the buns and adding cheese if desired.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your tasty sandwich!
