  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, toss the thinly sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  3. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden and crisp.
  5. Remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
