  • 500 g chicken cut into pieces
  • 100 g pretzel crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
  2. In one bowl, combine the pretzel crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and set it aside.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat it with the pretzel crumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken pieces in the Air Fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and crispy.
