- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C.
- In one bowl, combine the pretzel crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and set it aside.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat it with the pretzel crumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken pieces in the Air Fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and crispy.
