Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, bell pepper, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread some of the chicken mixture on half of it, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place it in the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
- Let them cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve!
